The Design
A leadership and management training learning journey/curriculum to help 1st-6th year associate attorneys excel as leaders at a global law firm. The leveled suite of 11 programs (mix of vILT & digital) provides associates with the skills, leading behaviors, and traits needed to succeed at each stage of their tenure. Programs were intentionally designed to meet the needs of a distributed, global population of 1400+ learners with a mix of remote and on-site participants.

The Details
The learning journey is a mix of 9 vILTs and 2 digital, on-demand courses.
Each vILT is a 60-minute, discussion-based workshop that includes a mix of lecture on core concepts, engaging small group discussions, debriefs with expert practitioners, and breakout activities to enable skills-based practice.
The vILTs provide equal access to remote and on-site learners, a low-risk environment to practice new skills, and an opportunity to foster a firmwide conversation about leadership skills.
The digital, on-demand courses communicate the core leadership tenets, skills, and behaviors associates need to succeed and grow at the firm.
