Leading Successful Multidisciplinary and Inclusive Teams

"We needed a program for a high-profile milestone week for new team leaders with a focus on competition, camaraderie, and fun. The growing complexity of how we do business and the make-up of our teams, along with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion as a Firm, meant our leaders need to be equipped differently to create the best team experience and engagement outcomes."
