The Design


A leadership & management training learning journey developed to help 1st - 6th year associate attorneys excel as leaders at a global law firm. The journey is a mix of 9 vILTs and 2 digital courses. Developed in Rise, the two digital courses function as modular, on-demand performance support and communicate the core leadership tenets, skills, and behaviors new hires need to succeed.

The Details


  • Designed to provide accessible, "just-in-time" skills training for recent hires, the digital courses cover time management, communication, presence, relationship building, teaming, and firm resources.

  • The information design and content were intentionally kept simple and scalable to maximize access, usability, and retention.

  • The core competencies covered in these digital courses are expanded upon in greater depth in the virtual, instructor-led offerings. Together, the trainings reenforce each other, deepening the learning and ensuring better knowledge and skill retention for both remote and on-site learners.
