The Design
A leadership & management training learning journey developed to help 1st - 6th year associate attorneys excel as leaders at a global law firm. The journey is a mix of 9 vILTs and 2 digital courses. Developed in Rise, the two digital courses function as modular, on-demand performance support and communicate the core leadership tenets, skills, and behaviors new hires need to succeed.

The Details
Designed to provide accessible, "just-in-time" skills training for recent hires, the digital courses cover time management, communication, presence, relationship building, teaming, and firm resources.
The information design and content were intentionally kept simple and scalable to maximize access, usability, and retention.
The core competencies covered in these digital courses are expanded upon in greater depth in the virtual, instructor-led offerings. Together, the trainings reenforce each other, deepening the learning and ensuring better knowledge and skill retention for both remote and on-site learners.
