The Design


A live, 2.5-day milestone program for Senior Consultants that prioritized reflection, discussion, and planning for the future over immersive simulation. The primary goal for learners is to create a personalized plan for investment in their development, supported by core personal values.

Audience: New Senior Consultants (~6 months in-role)
Skills in Focus: Communication; leading teams; awareness (of personal values)
Features: Instructor-led training; real-world planning workshop; customizable experience

 

The Details


  • Prior to the program, learners meet virtually with a group of ~8 learners and a coach who will be their core discussion and reflection partners.

  • Learners participate in workshops where they practice communicating with empathy and discuss common leadership challenges to help them make mindset shifts required of team leaders.

  • Learners opt into 3 (out of 9) tactical elective sessions on skills that are most critical for them, as well as guided reflection activities to reinforce mindfulness and well-being.
