The Design


Two-day workshop that immerses Frontline Supervisors (FLS) of manufacturing companies and Site Leaders & Ops Excellence coaches (SL) in a rich story where they have to own the change around using Lean Operations best practices to drive performance against organizational KPIs.

The Details


  • Participants engage and share through several jigsaw activities where:

    • The group is split into teams and each team is assigned a topic to master.

    • Teams go into breakouts where they work together to learn their material.

    • The group reconvenes and all teams give a teach-back to the full group.

  • Participants complete a survey to indicate their level of comfort with taking ownership of the materials, delivering the materials, and promoting change within their organization.

  • A workbook provides participants a place to log areas of improvement and notes on key ideas and information shared.
