Two-day workshop that immerses Frontline Supervisors (FLS) of manufacturing companies and Site Leaders & Ops Excellence coaches (SL) in a rich story where they have to own the change around using Lean Operations best practices to drive performance against organizational KPIs.

The Details
Participants engage and share through several jigsaw activities where:
The group is split into teams and each team is assigned a topic to master.
Teams go into breakouts where they work together to learn their material.
The group reconvenes and all teams give a teach-back to the full group.
Participants complete a survey to indicate their level of comfort with taking ownership of the materials, delivering the materials, and promoting change within their organization.
A workbook provides participants a place to log areas of improvement and notes on key ideas and information shared.
