The Design


A Socratic Arts learning professional joined the client's in-house learning team to support creation of an in-person milestone experience for junior practitioners with differentiated learning tracks. The client especially needed help with design & development of elective sessions and a quality assurance review of all materials to deliver a consistent, error-free experience for learners in all tracks.

Audience: New Analysts (~2 weeks in role)

The Details
