A flexible workshop that can be delivered in person or online that guides learners through a step-wise process for defining goals and developing detailed plans using video-based expert advice and just-in-time assistance.

The Details
Learners are guided through a step-wise process for defining long- and mid-term goals; planning to get things done in the capital; setting objectives for the first term in their district; adopting the habits of highly effective elected officials; and preparing to handle tough situations.
Learners develop detailed plans for their first term and beyond, aided by video-based advice from seasoned notables, such as Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Wisconsin State Senator Leah Vukmir.
Learners follow a structured process for completing specific tasks related to their real-world work.
Learning resources, including video-based stories, expert advice videos, articles, and websites, are available to support learners.
