The Design
A one-hour, digital, on-demand game that simulates common challenges busy restaurant managers face as they progress through three levels of increasing complexity. Developed in partnership with a game design firm to create a fun but authentically challenging learning experience.

The Details
In an immersive, increasingly high-pressure restaurant simulation game, players evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to anticipate and manage complex real-world scenarios using finite resources as they attempt to improve scores in customer experience, employee satisfaction, service times, and guest counts.
Players receive constructive feedback to help them improve in the game (and in life), and a virtual coach provides help as needed.
A rewind function allows players to go back and try out new decisions to see how they play out differently.
