The Design


A fast-paced, interactive 1-hour vILT (or live) session that defines the modern mindset for navigating careers. Managers learn how to help team members take ownership for their career growth and development.

Skills in Focus: Thinking about careers in a new way; creating a structure for better career conversations

  • Managers visualize careers differently to help their team members set realistic expectations about how to grow their careers.

  • Fun and frequent interactions (polls, chat, and a threaded case scenario) help managers learn-by-doing.

  • Managers explore typical career coaching situations to become more capable and confident in how to respond.

  • The program ends with a strong call to action, so managers immediately start planning and holding career conversations with their teams.
