Increasing Disability Awareness Among Managers

The Client Need

“Almost 15% of people worldwide have some sort of disability. As a global company, we have to prioritize hiring and supporting staff who have disabilities. To do this, we needed a course to upskill managers on disability awareness. Specifically, what’s defined as a disability, how to make accommodations for people with disabilities so they can be successful, and when/how to escalate a situation to HR when they need help and advice.”
