The Details

  • During the simulated ”day in the life,” learners prepare to lead a team meeting, practice communicating strategically with management, provide motivational feedback, troubleshoot competing issues on the plant floor, resolve a conflict, and engineer an effective shift hand-off - all while considering how their actions reflect the vision and values of the company. After reviewing the day’s learning, learners draft a personal action plan.

  • A lightening round quiz after each module helps “gamify” the experience while promoting collaboration and knowledge retention.

  • “Socratic Arts skillfully balanced the real-world needs of learners with the goals of a diverse set of business leaders - and went the extra mile to make the program rich and engaging, while keeping us on schedule. I consider SA to be true thought partners.” - Client
