Connecting Teams with New Hires
The Client Need
"We had existing onboarding pages within our company’s digital platform whose target audience was newly-hired recent graduates. I wanted to refresh these pages with evergreen content that would be useful for any new hire and require less time to maintain. We also needed to ensure that content is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant. Finally, I wanted a recommendation on how to redesign the pages to increase learner engagement and attract feedback from participants."

The Design
Self-paced, digital pages focused on a 30,000-foot view of 12 teams across the company that inform new hires about each team’s main objectives and how to get involved with those teams, as well as a recommendation for a future redesign to increase engagement and attract feedback from participants.

Participants access the pages and work asynchronously, reading content and watching videos at the own pace.

Teams use tools, platforms, and feedback strategically in order to collect data on how participants are engaging with the content.
