The Design


A 7-month journey that begins with a personal invitation to the program that kicks off with a 1.5-day, live event followed by several months of independent work supported by a mentor and culminates in a presentation of growth throughout the journey at a second live meeting.

The Details


  • Learners receive a personal invitation to the program because of a proven track record of accomplishments.

  • The program begins with a 1.5-day, live event where current leaders share stories of great examples of being an "advisor," then learners reflect on strengths and areas of growth before taking part in team discussions and a client- and relationship-focused role play.

  • Ongoing 1:1 personal mentoring, continuous learning and development, along with periodic team meetings, take place in between live meetings.

  • At the final live meeting, each learner gives a presentation to the cohort and Firm leadership that tells the story of their journey and their growth since the program began.
