The Details
Learners join the virtual classroom for the opening plenary, welcoming them to the practice.
Learners transition to individual solution-area boot camps, where they work individually and in teams to practice technical skills they will use on the job.
Icebreakers, energizers, and team building activities help maintain engagement and focus during the virtual sessions.
During evening sessions, learners gather virtually for games, socializing and Ask Me Anything sessions with leaders, peer panelists, and facilitators.
