Change Control for Food Safety & Quality

The Client Need

"We needed a digital program to help improve employees’ ability to recognize food safety and quality risks related to environmental changes in our factories, and to improve use of our guidance to inform deciding whether to initiate change control. We especially wanted to focus on gray-area situations where decision making is most challenging."

- Global Food Manufacturer

  • Learners consult performance support as they consider whether they have the information they need to decide, and rate how confident they feel.

  • Learners may (and should) access a second opinion from fictional peers and supervisors who may have differing opinions from one another.

  • Learners receive automated feedback from an expert, who highlights where they agree / disagree, rationale, and what they would have done differently.
