An engaging, live, instructor-led event where new hires and returning employees learn about the firm through activities that focus on culture and connection, and they receive the information and tools they need to successfully launch their career.

Features: Live instructor-led; highly engaging; activity-driven; capped at 40 people

 

The Details


  • A lively tone and modern approach help new hires feel valued, connected, and empowered, and that they made the right decision to join – or return to – the firm.

  • Engaging networking activities and fun breaks help learners build and develop a network that will be key to career success.

  • Housekeeping tasks, such as filling out forms and choosing insurance, are done outside of program hours so time spent as a cohort is engaging, educational, inspirational, and fun.

  • Learners have continued access to an onboarding website for tasks that may need further attention during the first few weeks of work.
