The Details
A lively tone and modern approach help new hires feel valued, connected, and empowered, and that they made the right decision to join – or return to – the firm.
Engaging networking activities and fun breaks help learners build and develop a network that will be key to career success.
Housekeeping tasks, such as filling out forms and choosing insurance, are done outside of program hours so time spent as a cohort is engaging, educational, inspirational, and fun.
Learners have continued access to an onboarding website for tasks that may need further attention during the first few weeks of work.
