Ms. Adzia has more than 16 years of experience in the field of education, leading the design, development and project management of learning programs at various education organizations and as an educator / trainer. She has conducted needs analyses and designed and developed web-based, instructor-led, blended, and LMS solutions.
Since joining Socratic Arts in 2018, Ms. Adzia has collaborated with corporate clients on learn-by-doing programs covering financial compliance and procedures, HR policies / processes, integrated consultant team dynamics and best practices, and business essentials for the financial and professional services sectors. She holds an MS in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
