Holly Christensen Sestak - CEO & President

Holly Christensen Sestak is the CEO of Socratic Arts, where she leads science-backed, human-centered learning design to drive performance outcomes for clients and their learners. For 19 years, Holly has partnered with numerous Fortune 500 companies and global organizations, delivering award-winning, learn-by-doing and story-centered programs to address complex business challenges. Socratic Arts is innovative and creating AI-enabled technology solutions to support & scale 1to1 mentorship / apprenticeship, based on the work of Roger Schank, Ph.D., AI researcher and education visionary. 

Prior to her role at Socratic Arts, Ms. Sestak was a performance consultant working with large organizations including IBM and Allstate. She also served as the Learning Officer & Director of Academic Systems & Processes for Apollo Group, overseeing online/hybrid faculty development at the institutions owned by Apollo Group. In this capacity, she was responsible for the academic and administrative operations & learning for 180 locations worldwide and served as a faculty member in management and organizational behavior.
