The Design


A 3-hour vILT, delivered in two sessions, providing hands-on experience pricing, structuring, and negotiating winning deals using alternative deal structures.

Audience: Experienced Sr. Managers and Partners/Directors
Skills in Focus: Negotiation; partnering with clients; best-fit deal structures; confidence in proposing alternative deal structures

The Details


  • Learners are immersed in a case study when they receive a message from a Sr. Manager who needs their help with a pricing plan.

  • An expert video kicks off the course and cameo videos share successes and challenges of their peers. Participants learn from each other in small group activities and discuss recommendations for the client case study.

  • The session culminates in creation of an action plan for identifying a good candidate for an alternative deal structure and furthering the culture change by bringing key points back to their team.
