The Design


A 2.5-day, immersive experience – live or Zoom – in which learners experience firsthand what it’s like to be a Senior Manager, including handling multiple engagements, managing teams, delivering challenging news to clients, and shifting their mindset from Senior Manager to Partner.

The Details


  • Learners are dropped into two engagements and must think like a Partner, meet with clients, manage diverse teams, and incorporate experts into work.

  • Engagements require difficult decisions, prioritizing where to place attention when multiple clients, team members, and firm leaders have needs.

  • Role-play meetings and emails help learners shift to a better awareness and understanding of differing expert-based, problem-driven approaches in terms of team structure, engagement approaches, timelines, and tools.
