Hospitality Training for Restaurant Staff
The Client Need
“We needed to revitalize and redesign the way we onboard new employees to keep up with the pace of change our restaurants are experiencing. We wanted a streamlined and engaging training that would allow new staff a chance to learn the basics before working with a coach. We also wanted to offer our restaurant staff some choice in how they learn.”
