Focusing on Living Firm Values

The Client Need

"With the roll-out of new values to our organization, we saw a vital opportunity to align to the new culture we want to create and sustain while trying a new learning approach. Creating a program for 40,000 people worldwide is challenging and having to pivot to a virtual platform rather than an in-person experience added another layer of complexity to this program. We trusted Socratic Arts to get it done."

- Global Consumer Products Fortune 500 Firm

The Details

  • An empowering tone is set for learners to celebrate and embrace the new values as they hear from organization leaders on how they live them.

  • Special attention is paid to creating space for small group discussion and connection given the virtual sessions and worldwide audience.

  • An eclectic mix of activities includes analyzing realistic scenarios, creating new consumer products, brainstorming mindset shifts, and playing games.

  • A highlight for learners is a game about breaking down silos played in team breakout rooms in which teams create a menu for a family member.

  • "This approach is very different than in the past, is being well-received and there is an opportunity to have this be the new norm." - Firm L&D Manager
